Gralise

Does anyone have any experience with Gabapentin, Nuerontin or Horizant or Gralise for treating leva dopa induced dyskenisia? Report Ad Gabapentineg

Will gralise do the same? All these things are so confusing and at 81 years old, I'm not interested in learning chemistry or pharmacology, just having an active life and a good nights sleep! Worried about side effects of gralise and augmentation I love this site and am so grateful!

I've been put on what I believe is a new drug Gralise, (high dose gabapentin 1800 mg daily) but was on gabapentin years ago until augmentation set in. Does anyone know anything about Gralise?? It's insanely expensive....about $1000 er month. So far I've been given samples.

By the way, my insurance would not pay for the Gralise because my RLS is not one of the approved uses for it. The cost $1000+change a month. My neurologist directed me to a online pharmacy, Avella, and I now get the med for $10 a month.

Gralise costs $1000 plus per month and I am now receiving it from this pharmacy for $10 a month. Incredible right. Hopefully this new regiment will continue working because my rls was so bad I just wanted to die and I don’t want to be in that dark dark place ever again. Good luck to everyone.

I have to say that I started taking Gralise a few months ago (once a day gabapentin) and that has improved my life greatly. No more jolting pains in my head and I'm able to sleep all night. I've put on so much weight from the 2 years of prednisone and I'm so tired of feeling so old and weak.

I started taking Gralise 6 days ago for RLS and peripheral neuropathy. The tingling in my hands and feet seems to have gotten better thus far, but not the RLS. I was wondering if anyone else has taken this medication for RLS and how long it took for it to start working?

If you have seizures what medications are you taking? I am trying to determine if any specific medications or combinations of meds link to the seizures or other symptoms that are common with FND.
