My journey💗
Hello all. I'm new to this site. I basically just have a question for anyone who has had a double mastectomy. Did your drainage site burn sometimes like someone was repeatedly stabbing you with a hot poker? Just trying to see if this is normal or what.

Friends
Okay, so I am so tired of all my friends asking me how I'm doing & how great I look and how nice my hair is!!!! Ugh!!! I hate my hair, I gained a lot of weight, feel fatigued, depressed, have some new pains in chest. Had mastectomy June 2015, finished chemo last January 2016. I dread going to parties

Chemo Brain
Hello All. In 2013 I went through 16 rounds of chemo, 4 A/C and 12 taxol at 31 years old. I believe my Chemo brain \ fog has really progressed. I worked through my entire treatments, only took off for 6 weeks for the mastectomy, even did my radiation treatments on my lunch break. BUT I'm seriously thinking

Hi all, I spent 5 days at beginning of December in hospital with Pneumonia, It is taking ages to recover. I have spent today in bed coughing up muck and I'm very wheezy. Feeling generally unwell. Should I see my Dr or see how the week pans out. In 2012 I had a mastectomy (L) side, I had 6 sections

Breast Reconstruction via Abdominal Flap Surgery
Recommend the abdominal flap after a mastectomy for breast reconstruction!!! Relatively painless and you don't have to worry about infection from implants!!!! Looks pretty natural. My surgeon tattooed on a nipple!!!! Partner pleased with the results!!!
