Anyone on Ibrance have lowering haemoglobin and rising liver enzyme AST? Concerned it may be cancer in marrow....
Hi all I've been on Ibrance and Letrozole since MBC diagnosis in August 2019 to bones and marrow (after primary bilateral mastectomy, immediate lat dorsi reconstruction, chemo, rads, and Herceptin in 2010). Stable CT scans since, but now AST liver enzyme rising, my Ferritin (which is odd with low haemoglobin

Need your opinion
I always try to be upbeat about my posts. Don't post often, but enjoy reading about the strength of all of you warriors. I was diagnosed in 2016 with a very small cancer in left breast. Had lumpectomy and 21 rounds of left breast radiation. Like so many, I thought I was done. I was told recurrence

My history of diagnosis
I am 63, husband and 3 kids, the youngest is 17. I ad cancer and full mastectomy of my left breast on December 2005. Chemo, radiation, the whole process. December of 2020 I've been diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Shocking, I thought I was done with cancer. I am now halfway through

Hello all. I am new to the site. I have been searching for a MBC-specific group to join since our situation is vastly different than many others. I went through my initial Breast Cancer starting in 2012. Stage 3. Chemo, radiation, bilateral mastectomy, reconstruction. All was well until October

How did you find out your breast cancer had metastasized?
I discovered a lump in my right breast in Jan 2014, had a mastectomy and did not need any other treatment. In June of 2019, I felt a small lump on my head. It did not go away, so I went to my dermatologist. She took one look and said that is metastatic breast cancer. I have been on Faslodex ever since

Letrozole (Femara} vs Arimidex
Hi Ladies. I hear the daffodils in Scotland are peeking through so we have Spring to look forward to. No sign of them here in Wa State but maybe I’ve just missed them. A little history is that I had a double mastectomy in 2007 with reconstruction for invasive BC. Chemo wasn’t suggested and I declined

Break in Avastin
HI Everyone Has anyone got any thoughts or experience of a break in their Avastin cycle... Briefly I had my 4th infusion on 4th December 2020 then found out I need a mastectomy on 19th January for a stage 3 breast and lymph node cancer. My 2 cancers are unrelated apparently. So... After healing I think

Breast pain
I occasionally have breast pain after a double mastectomy, 8 chemo treatments and 30 radiation treatments. I am now on Ibrance and Femara. I also had 16 lymph nodes removed on the side which had the cancer. Is it common to experience breast pain and what causes it? Just had a PET scan with good results

I was diagnosed two years ago with secondary breast cancer in the bones 30 years after my initial mastectomy. I am on Ibrance and Letrozole and am currently stable with manageable side

Menopause and Endo
Hi, since having a Caesarean section 24 years ago, I have suffered from painful adhesions. I had 2 laparoscopies in that time, and on both occasions no Endo was found. 4 years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer, had a mastectomy and reconstruction, which meant more surgery on my stomach, more scarring

My daughter with stage 4 but oligometastatic is having single mastectomy dec 2. Says she is not worried about surgery. Is completely unraveled as my husband says. Two kids 18 months and 5. Good husband. Made them all move to huge rental and sell current home because she said gives her ptsd about chemo

I have been reading this site for a while, but this is my first post. I was diagnosed with BC in 2013, had a mastectomy and reconstruction in 2014. I did not have any chemo or radiation. In June of 2019 I found a lump on my head that was diagnosed as metastatic breast cancer. A scan showed a few spots
