Would like to hear from anybody who is currently taking Aromasin and Afinitor
Was started on Ibrance and
Faslodex
. Multiple side effects and meds stopped working. Now taking Exenamestine and Afinitor. Will have CT of chest, abdomen and pelvis to check for response to meds. Has anyone had similar response to the meds?

Staying alive
I have been on it almost 3 weeks in addition to
faslodex
. Before this, my cancer had stayed back with letrozole since 2014. I originally had BC in 2001 and it came back in the other boob in 2013. I started Mets last year. I have it in the bones, it just went into the liver.

Skin mets
I’m on ibrance/
faslodex
for liver/bone mets and I really don’t want to stop that. Interestingly, I read that 60% of skin mets are in breast cancer patients and 30% of MBC patients will get them as we are living longer. Lucky us.

Successful PSMA Lu177 treatment of hormone-sensitive PCa
tango65 reported that he had his lymph node mets treated with Lu177 in Munich. They were gone after one cycle of Lu177: https://healthunlocked.com/advanced-prostate-cancer/posts/138579678/lutetium-177-treatment-options?responses=138638930 So I thought I would also get my eight lymph node mets treated

Extreme Coughing, Dizziness and Shortness of Breath while getting Faslodex injection. (Side Effect).
I’ve never had this before and was wondering if anyone else had experienced coughing, faintness or shortness of breath while getting
Faslodex
injections?

Nausea without meds
My last
faslodex
injection was December 26. We stopped it after 4 injections since molecular testing shows I have FGFR mutation that makes me hormone resistant despite being HR+. I received xgeva on January 8. I continue to have nausea and food aversion. Is this from liver Mets?

asking for members' input
Hi guys. My dad is currently being treated for metastatic prostate cancer and I wanted to get some input from the community. Dx'd 10/2018 at age 66, multiple bone mets. Initial PSA 2230. Gleason 4+3. No visceral mets. Started on Lupron and Casodex and added up front docetaxel. PSA has fallen to 0.06

PET scan on Thursday. Again
My last one was in August and showed "partial responce" to ibrance,
faslodex
and exgeva. Tumor markers have been fluctuating again between 55 in August to 68 in November now 57 again. Hopefully this scan will show improvement. Holding my breath. Lisa

lupron or casodex
my husband was given the choice of 6 months of lupron, or 2 years of casodex. along with radiation to prostate bed + nodes. (cleveland clinic) if you were offered this choice, which one did you choose & why? any regrets?

Best ADT for CVD?
My husband is going to have ADT + Zytiga +radiation (prostate +lymph nodes pelvis + metastasis) in an aggressive approach to oligometastatic cancer (T3b, N1 M1, Gleason 9). He is fit but has atheroscleroses and will need stents. Now for ADT I thought Degarelix would be the best choice regarding CVD.

Please shoot holes in this plan.
Dx Stage 4 Gl 9 bone mets only, PSA 41, 6 cy. docataxel, leuprolide since 10/16, PSA 1.2, doubled in a year, added bicalutamide, doubled in a year, swapped out Casodex for enzalutamide, roughly half way through the Provenge thang. Plan to pause Lupron/Xtandi for 2 quarters, receive SBRT in Sep, cavitaxel

Need Advice to next level
Hello everyone, I need some advice. Diagnosed almost 2 years ago. Found my cancer had spread to lymph but not bone. I had radical prostatectomy, and was put on casodex. Psa climbed so did radiation. Still climbed up to 1.6 from .4. Put on lupron and had two 3- month injections so far and jumped to 4.6

Update in my lymph node metastasis
After 1 3 month Lupron shot and 104 days of Casodex my PSA has dropped from 4.48 to 0.17. I get another Lupron shot on June 3. I have a question, may be someone can throw some light on it. It is said the metazoic PCa becomes castrate resistant, on the average, in about 2 to 3 years of hormone treatment

Hip/Back Pain/Extreme Fatigue - residual from Casodex?
My husband on intermittent Lupron, last injection last July. Took generic for Casodex for 5 weeks, stopped mid-December due to severe pelvic pain (a known SE) and pain gradually went away. (Bone scan & CT - no mets). Before Casodex was borderline diabetic, A1C shot up to 8.9 and blood pressure went
