How much will timing and biotin affect results?
I also feel much better since going off

Which blood tests for pituitary function?
Was put on steroids and
euthyrox
in Thailand. Felt much better. I had been taking cytomel for years at this point. Consistently blood tests over the years have shown t3 OK or high (on cytomel), tsh very low 0.0 something and t4 very low.

Has anyone else noticed hormone requirement changing once you reach end-stage Hashimoto´s?
I recently switched from
Euthyrox
(which I did not feel optimal on) to L-Thyroxine by Takeda, and the difference is enormous. The Takeda brand seems to much more potent and also much more stable.

Low ferritin caused me shortness of breath and thyriod results after increasing my dose
So, at the beginning of this year I raised my dose of
Euthyrox
to 87.5 and I become gluten, dairy, soy and grains free. I also do intermittent fasting for 16 hours daily to improve my body functions.

Blood test results 'normal' range
I am on 50mcg of levo (
Euthyrox
) and 10mcg of liothyronine (thybonn). The lio is reduced for the past few months from 12.5 mcg cytomel as no supply of cytomel. And thybon comes in 20mcg so I've been splitting that - half a day.

What else can I do to raise my T3 to optimise it to 70% in range?
Is it safe to take a bit more
Euthyrox
even though my TSH will probably decrease even more? I am already taking a multi vitamin (costco), additional D3 K2, a B12 Folic Acid supplement, B1 supplement, Calcium and D3, MCT, Magnesium, and Selenium/Zink.
