Tamoxifen after breast radiation
I was on
erleada
for about a year before my breasts started hurting and getting bigger. My oncologist recommended breast radiation which I did about a week ago. The pain is getting better. Of course, it did not reduce my breast size.

So Much for Zytiga
Began Zytiga July 1st after my MO took me off
Erleada
and Xofigo ( only three months on the Xofigo ). The First PSA showed a drop from my previous number of 33 on June 9th, to 24 on July 29th. Awesome, finally one of these drugs is trending my PSA down instead of up.

Rezvilutamide: new anti-androgen is better than Casodex added to ADT for newly diagnosed high-met HSPC. But is field too crowded?
With Zytiga (abiraterone), Xtandi (enzalutamide), and
Erleada
(apalutamide) and docetaxel already approved for this purpose, I don't know whether Jiangsu Hengrui will be able to make significant inroads into the market, unless they are able to compete on price.

Need sleep aid
My husband is on Eligard once every 3m months, Xgeva monthly,
Erleada
nightly and Megace x 2 a day. One of his side effects is frequent urination during the night. He is up at least five times per night and neither of us is getting any sleep. What's a safe option? Thank you!

I decided to zig with Pluvicto
I already had Docatoxel a couple years ago and I am on Orgovyx and
Erleada
. PSA was negligible but has spiked up to 2.5 in the last few months. I feel fine and walk four miles up and down the hills of Central Utah at sunrise seven days a week.

Does Prostate Cancer-produced Testosterone (T) Show Up In Normal T, Test?
I have been on Lupron,
Erleada
& Xgeva for 3 months. T has dropped from 331 to 42, 43 & 39, respectively. First 3 taken @ 2pm & last @ 8am, in the day. PSA has continued to drop from 7.3, 0.7, 0.3 & now 0.2, respectively. It seems that the T should be dropping more?

Joint pain from Erleada and Orgovyx
I asked Dr Goodman about pain I get in my arm and back (upper back, shoulder blades mostly) and he said about 20% get this from the meds. Where does he get the 20% figure? Does anyone else get this pain? Also it was my research that yielded the idea of LU-617, not him. I am in Utah but willing to

To Radiate (the Prostate) or Not to Radiate (the Prostate): That is the Question.
Currently on Firmagon and
Erleada
with good response. My PSA is still declining - now at 0.63 (down from a high of 63.3), some hip pain but less than at diagnosis and very tolerable, and I generally feel very good with only hot flashes, mostly at night.

ANY ONE HAVE LEG PAIN WITH APALUTAMIDE (ERLEADA)
Ibuprofen works but trying to determine if it is a side effect of
Erleada
(probably not Lupron) and not taking Ibuprofen. So trying not to take
Erleada
, for 2 days, until I do my monthly visit for labs in 2 days. Stopped taking it at MO's advice.

BAT question
Denmeade states that "BAT should not be combined with Zytiga, Xtandi,
Erleada
, or Nubeqa (or with taxane chemotherapy)." Does anyone know why? I would have thought that Zytiga would be good to use during the low T phase of BAT.

Starting Lupron ... Again
We also discussed adding
Erleada
and Abiraterone. Ultimately, I elected not to add anything to the Lupron. The critical points were that Lupron alone greatly reduced my PSA in the past. If I find that Lupron isn't as effective as before I will revisit the decision.

PSA BIG INCREASE!!!
He is starting the process of looking for a affordable drug, xtandi,
erleada
or nubeqa. My co-pay for theses drugs is over $3000/month. I emailed my MO at Hollings Cancer Center at MUSC, we have a phone appointment on June 7th. His approach is to find the PC and treat it.

What assistance funding do the people using
Erleada

Erleada
.
