Tamoxifen after breast radiation

I was on erleada for about a year before my breasts started hurting and getting bigger. My oncologist recommended breast radiation which I did about a week ago. The pain is getting better. Of course, it did not reduce my breast size. Does anyone know if tamoxifen will reduce my breast size after having radiation to my breasts?

20 mg/day for reduction, 10mg/day for prevention. Tamoxifen is available as a transdermal from compounding pharmacies. Radiation often has no effect.

Radiation worked very well for me (and for others). Just need to give it time. Use the Tamoxifen at 20mg/day for some time to reduce what has already "developed". then you may well be able to go off it with minimal breast tissue stimulation.
