Charged for importing 1 bottle of NDT
Has this happened to anyone else? I've been charged nearly £50 by Royal Mail for one bottle of Erfa 1 grain! I got the email from R.M this morning This has never happened before (I've only ever purchased Erfa once previously some years ago from the same place, and was not charged) I've not been charged

T4 keeps dipping and Endo says levels are still “good” (but I feel exhausted)
Hi all, I used to be on: -150mg of Levo And - 1.5 grains of ERFA NDT which was very suitable for years. My T4 would usually come out in between 18 to 20 pmol/L (range is 9.0 to 23.0 pmol/L), and my T3 whilst on the upper end of acceptable, would come out in between 4.6 and 6.5 pmol/L (range is

Advice on where to get blood tests done privately
I've always had issues with T4 but after a good few years of a boost on dessicated
thyroid
(
Erfa
) the weight is piling on again. My private doctor has recommended I get the following tested but I'm struggling to find a company that can test my fasting glucose, insulin levels and the IGF-1.

Recommendations for NDT without prescription
Hello everyone, In looking to buy NDT without prescription. I used to be on erfa before I moved back to UK and since I've been here, I have been on levo and it's not working well for me. I'd very much appreciate recommendations via PM. Thank you so much.

genetic tests for conversion issues etc
hi lovely forum users I’ve finally got an endo appointment via my doctor no date yet. I doubt they’ll smile on my taking ERFA but I’ve no intention of going back to Levo only as it worked less and less for me over the years. I’ve wondered if I have a T4 to T3 conversion issue and have found a blue horizon

Erfa to Liothyronine Thybon Henning Dose Conversion
Hello, I used to take ERFA and levothyroxine but as my T3 was slightly high, my new Dr has put me on Thybon Henning so it will be a bit easier to manage T3 and T4 dosing (it's difficult to cut down on NDT as if I lower it I'm also lowering my total T4 dose, and I run low in T4). I have a feeling he

SIDE EFFECTS FROM HYPO MEDS
Anyone else out there who’s resistant to all the hypothyroid meds they’ve tried? Over the last year I’ve tried Synthroid, Synthroid with Cytomel, Erfa, Erfa with Synthroid, and compounded NDT - which is pretty much all we have available to us in Canada. They all increase my hypo symptoms and give

hives, inflamed scratch marks
hi I’ve recently received my latest Erfa top up . Conincidentally , I’ve started itching causing raised scatch marks like hives. Do you think this relates to the Erfa or could it be something to do with the dose. I am under a consultant near Bristol so could contact them to raise this new reaction

Hi forum friends I went to my gp Friday to see what help I might get re my thyroid now and also if I might see a haematologist re high serum iron but low ferritin (28 …5-204) thus can’t take three arrows. I didnt get many answers as he concentrated on a current kidney/uti issue I have so he’s booked

Still can’t lose weight - on NDT for 3 months
I take 120mg or 2 grains of

-S (although I have
ERFA
too). My cortisol is low, so I also treat that so the Adrenal Cortex Extract. I take a daily basal body temp with a glass thermometer (Dr Broda Barnes method) to track both thyroid function and adrenal function.

Need help with results
I was slowly doing better on my new
thyroid
medication (
Erfa
), but the infection caused bacteremia/urosepsis and I developed severe confusion. I had started taking my thyroid medication at night because it was too hard to space my antibiotics out from my food and medication.

ERFA Source
Hi. I remember from a long time ago, there is one stockist abroad that will sell ERFA without needing a prescription. I would be really grateful if anyone can tell me who it is by PM, thanks. I am desperate to try it as Thyroid S is no longer working for me. My health authority will not prescribe any
