Increased symptoms as meds increased?
Over the last 6 months or so, I've been weaned onto the standard meds - 5mg bisoprolol (bd), 94mg
Entresto
(bd), dapaglyflozin and eplerinone. A week ago, I started on furosemide 20mg.

Heart failure etc
Now taking Carvedilol,
Entresto
(lowest dose) Dapagliflozin. I got a respiratory virus about three weeks ago and now my heart rate is fluctuating up and down about 75–100. What does this mean ? I am feeling very tired…perhaps as a result of the chest infection.

Insomnia
I do wonder if
Entresto
(medium strength) might be a cause. Particularly as I take one just before going to bed. Anyone have this problem?

Blood pressure……need advice.
I have Heart failure and take Carvedilol, Dapagliflozin,
Entresto
(replaced Ramipril) and Spironolactone. Consequently my bp has dropped very low as required. (102/70) Yesterday and today it has gone up to Around 126/ 80 + Why would that happen ?

Entresto/dapa
HiA year ago I elected to try
Entresto
and was on a baby dose for 6 months and then up to usual starting dose. The Registrar added in Dapa and reduced my beta blocker to help my low bp and keep me upright. I'm on 320mg of furosemide daily too. Everything is a bit struggly now.

Entresto drug
Has anyone been on
Entresto
24/26 mg? I've been told it will help improve my EF which is 10% which is very low - it should be about 40% at least. I am 80 next year but on the whole reasonably fit.

entresto
, I was overwhelmed at the time and can't remember the reason for seeing the nurse, thank you

Best Wishes from the USA
I found this great site while researching a medication –
Entresto
. I was actually born in the UK but moved to the USA in the 1980’s after something known as ‘the winter of discontent’. Now I’ve been a US citizen for longer than I was a British subject.

AF no longer a problem?
I was started on three drugs one of which was new "
Entresto
". This drug has worked really well and my RF is now normal (58%) and my AF seems to have "disappeared" over the last 7 years or so. My question is should I still declare my AF for health insurance?

Entresto. Ready to jump from middle to high dose?
I have been on
entresto
middle dose for a good 2 years now and my ef rate had originally bounced back from 12% up to 45% then it dropped back to around 30-35% where it stands today since the last scan. I did experience strong side effects on the middle dose for a good year until I got used to it.
