I did a treadmill walk of 20 mnts at moderate intensity @5.5 KMPH ....Then went to my terrace - open Sunlight to do resistance training with the help of dumbbell and resistance loop...for 15 mnts...in the process I had morning sunlight exposure which helps production of hormones such as Serotonin & Dopamine
