Dalfampridine (Ampyra)
I was wondering if anybody with ALD/AMN in the UK was using
Dalfampridine
(Ampyra) to help with walking? I believe that it was initially an MS drug but it is now being used around the world. As I understand it, it is approved for Wales and Scotland but not for England.

dalfampridine
I received my prescription of
dalfampridine
from usps in an opened package with a piece of packing tape from usps that says received in damaged condition (the package). I am unsure whether or not to trust it.

Ampyra
I have been on Ampyra/
Dalfampridine
for about 4 years. I am thinking of stopping as it is expensive. What effect may it have on my MS? does anyone have any thoughts?

paradoxical dalfampridine/Ampyra effects?
so I took my first doses yesterday, felt like I was moving faster, my balance was significantly affected but I slept really well 👍 and then today, I was very lethargic and my balance and spasticity were horrible. (Not likely a relapse because I haven’t had a relapse x the 1980s and after skipping 1

???s @ dalfampridine/Ampyra
saw Neuro yesterday. She’s prescribing Ampyra. I’m hopeful 🤞 but wondered what others experiences were? What benefits, side effects? Insomnia? Thanks! 😊

Dalfampridine or Ampyra
hi group! i could use some support around this issue. My insurance refuses to pay for this mediclne anymore so it will have to be appealed. I think/believe it is retribution because they had to pay for my mavenclad (we won the appeal) am i being paranoid? Anybody have a stash of Ampyra you're not using

Dalfampridine
I have spoken to my neurologist about being put on
Dalfampridine
even if I have to fund it privately. I understand that it is in a class of medications called potassium channel blockers which work through strengthening the signals from the brain to the nervous system.

Here is the kicker the generic name is what the pharmaceutical company currently calls it now
