Thyroid & cytomel, not feeling well at all
So, I had a TSH of 8 and normal t3 and t4 although I can't remember the ranges exactly since it was about a year ago. Any way, I was at first given 25mcg of cytomel daily and I felt good taking this, for some reason (without rechecking my blood) the Dr. told me to take it twice a day once in the morning

Cutting Cytomel and Bioavailability
Hey there. Thought I’d ask what is probably a dumb question! I’ve been on 75mcg Synthroid for over a month and successfully titrated to and been on 25mcg Cytomel for now 12 days. Both taken together in the morning as single dose. In some ways I feel more hypo despite it being the equivalent of 150mcg

Thyroid nodule
I’ve struggled with thyroid issues for many years. Recently I have noticed a tender spot on my neck (similar to what was fry on my left side and was removed: just the nodule) I wanted the other one removed, however, there was a difference in understanding what was to be done. My Endo thought the entire

T3 Suppliers
Hi All, I've been taking T3 for around two years now and, like many on here, got caught up in the Greek Unipharma T3 supply issues so ended up switching to the Mexican Cytomel. Having just visited my usual supplier, it seems that they are also now out of stock and trying to sell the slow release Triyotex

Adding T3 to T4 - how much
Been on T4 for a few years for Hashi's and it worked ok. But after this last year of struggling (feeling really, really bad but labs showed "withing range") I found found a doctor who found my Reverse T3 ratio was 12 (should be > 20). So added 20mcg of T3 (Cytomel) to the 75mgc of T4 (Synthroid).

Need advice on titrating Cytomel!
Was previously self-medicating already on 125mcg Synthroid so my labs are after 6-7 weeks on the dose. TSH 0.20 (0.32-5.04) FT4 14.0 (10.6-19.7) FT3 3.99 (3.00-5.90) My question is simply how I can best make this drastic adjustment prescribed by my Endo, from 125mcg T4 to 75mcg T4/25mcg T3. That is
