did the whole Prednisone high doses and taper (which was horrible) been on Colchicine(COLCRYS) for a year. While the red lines have diminished. All other symptoms are frequent. they are now moving towards Kidney Biopsy. I have read that Silica Exposure can cause this. I work in the dental feild .

Mouth ulcers have stopped since starting Colcrys! Praise the Lord! I had mouthful of ulcers almost on a monthly basis until my Dr put me on Colcrys! So can anyone tell me if Behcets causes tendon inflammation? Patellar tendon causes the most pain! Please help if you can.

Colcrys was working for my joint pain (and still is), I had not gotten any genital ulcers, the only things I had to deal with were the occasional mouth ulcer "flare up" which usually followed by a couple of days with worse vision after the mouth ulcers went away with vision the returning back to my current

Currently I am on a low does of prednisone, anzathioprine, colcrys and pain killers , and now the doc has started me on gabapenten for pain and to help with sleep. So my question for my fellow BD friends is, exactly what is steroid injections and is anyone on gabapentin ?

I am currently on Azathioprine, Colcrys and Prednisone, which has just kept my flares under control I haven't been completely out of a flare since before my diagnosis. But the reason I am writing is now I have diverticulitis and was wondering if anyone else has had this intestinal issue.

I've tried prednisone and colcrys and humira injections but nothing has helped. On Tuesday I'm going back to my dr in NYC for a new treatment plan. Has anyone tried a treatment that worked well for you?
