BCR - what might be next ...
It was bound to happen – came as no surprise (although you could hope for a different outcome). My PSA has jumped dramatically, in the last 6 months. Previous reading was 1.7 – jumped to 3.2 a week ago - no reason to believe that the rising numbers are going to stop 'naturally'. I was on an ADT holiday

Will Lupron and Casodex affect a PSMA PET Scan?
In 2017, with a PSA of 9 and Gleason of 3+4 on left of prostate, I had HIFU on left side. After 6 months my PSA of 2 became almost 4. In june, with a PSA of 7 I had a biopsy. Out of 12 cores, 8 were 3+4, 1 was 4+3, and one was 4+4, that one was on the right side. I had a CT of abdomen and pelvis last

Rising psa
Saw article on eggs affecting psa, cut back to 3 instead of 7 a week but it increased. It was 3.8, 4.1, 4.6 now 6.6, I think it is time for a second line of defense like casodex, the high price not an option plus like to start then when that fails go to the others that could go down in price by then.

ADT and Docetaxel worked for treating the Prostrate and Pelvic Mets, but 2 out of 3 ain't bad
Recap: I'm a 61 baby who was DX in Dec 2019 with Stage IV APCa, GS9, PSA 50, with 3 mets found on my pelvis and a metastasis in my bladder which is preventing flow from the left kidney as the mass it's constricting the urerter. So, my PSA is now 0. 05 (Hurray!! 👏👏) Casodex and Eligard (my ADT) combined

Keytruda
I hope everyone is doing well. After genome testing, it was determined that I woild be a candidate for Keytruda. I have been at this fight for 6 years, Taxotere, casodex, lupron, xgeva, Xtandi. They all worked until they didn't. I am still on lupron and xgeva. I had my first infusion of Keytruda on

How long does it take before PSA drops on Casodex?
He's been on 2 weeks: PSA rising. I've read it can take 4-6 weeks for PSA to drop on Casodex, but then it will work for 14-22 months.

Rising psa after Eligard and bicalutamide, in 9 months. What treatment now to stop the psa rise?
Had a prostatectomy in June 2018. Two tumors, Gleeson 3+3, with perineural infiltration. Psa went to 0.22 post op by March 2019, before op was 4.12. Went on Eligard and 50mgs bicalutimada when Psa rose to 1.58 in Sept. 2019. Psa fell to 0.10 in Dec. 2019, but has risen to 0.21, in March 2020, then 0.31

PSA How low should it go?
I have positive regional lymph nodes, no treatment. There is only palliative cancer management. It turns out that the radiotherapy you performed was very successful. Thanks a lot. When I come to Turkey I will thank you properly. My last measured test level PSA 0.007. Is this a pretty good result? And

PSA: “How low should it go“ ?
My last measured test level PSA 0.007ng/ml And radiotherapy still works and can further reduce PSA. Now I take an eligard which also lowers the PSA. I have an idea to start taking Casodex 150 for a double blockade. My goal is to lower uPSA further and reach a level of uPSA <0.003 where the cancer appears
