PSA increase nearly one year after triplet therapy (mHSPC), what's next?
Hello everyone, thank you for all your help for a year. My dad went from a high of 3103 PSA to a nadir of 44. He unfortunately couldn't reach a <1 result but it had stabilized for a few months after his docetaxel + zytiga + prednisone. Unfortunately his new result is 67 PSA exactly a year since diagnosis

Smartwatch ecg
I was diagnosed with mild LVSD after
chemotherapy
treatment and have been on bisoprolol and ramipril for a few years. I've recently discovered my watch can do ecg's , but my results do not look like my husbands and all the other 'normal' ecgs online. They have large waves.

My husband has been on Abiraterone for 5 months during which time his PSA has risen,. Before that he had had 6 rounds of Docetaxel which also saw his PSA rise. Having waited for 6 weeks to have a biopsy and get the results for neuroendocrine PC (he didn’t have it) his oncologist has said he can either

Happy Thanksgiving Eve
Also Happy Hump Day 😁 https://youtu.be/PBsjggc5jHM?si=JPeepmKsrlzyNL0E Silly Kaiser thinks that Abiraterone is chemo and won't mail it, so gotta go down to Bakersfield monthly to get it, but this time I brought Chocolate covered Macadamia Nuts for the AIS Cancer Center Onco and Radiation staff.

Positiv result of cooling cap dependence on "the chemo drug"?
My friend is on Enhertu and she took the last two cycles cooling caps, the version with freezer. The result wasn't so good. Now she heard, that the reason for this could be the typ of chemo drug. Knows someone of you something about this? Or have somebody an idea if this could be possible? I'm looking

Dad with Stage 4 PCa - Need some words of wisdom...again please!
Hi everyone. Just got back from appointment with Dad's oncologist. To keep you up to speed - 3 months ago, his ADT injections stopped working and his PSA started to climb up slowly. Oncologist put Dad on Enzalutamide - been on it for 6 cycles - tolerated well but his PSA has gone from 76 to 87 in one

Think I can share my success story now
With that said, I was briefly a bit of a regular in the “Suicidal” thread on another Tinnitus support forum which is probably a good indicator of how I was feeling when my tinnitus initially worsened due to Cisplatin
chemotherapy
.

Just had my blood work done in preparation of starting Pluvicto and not being able to choose wisely while driving I picked this podcast which i have heard before and have even advocated on this forum before. Dr Chetty is so brilliant

I had my BMB yesterday and it all went well 👍🏻
The operating pathology haematologist asked if I had any questions or comments and I said I had dis-ease about using a chemo pill and he said it really wasn’t a bad drug and not like regular
chemotherapy
drugs. He said we feel at ease giving it to babies so you really don’t need to worry.

How to combat fatigue and low energy from Docetaxel treatments?
Hi all, My dad is currently going through
chemotherapy
treatment for stage 4 prostate cancer (see bio for full details). He had his 3rd chemo treatment one week ago. He is feeling extremely tired and very low energy (I.e. he gets tired from even going on short 5 minute walks).

Caelyx side effects and duration of treatment plus follow up with target therapy or immunotherapy.
Dearest,Thank you for this great forum. Sorry to bug you again with questions about Caelyx...is that I've been reading all your post and some information does not match with my doctor told me ( tomorrow I'm going for a third opinion) >First my doctor told me the side effects from Caelyx are minimum

anyone know how long chemo & radiation & effects remain in your body? Thx in advance.
I’m a year past these treatments. My oncologist said during treatment to stay off of vitamin E & C. Just wondering.
