Update on Labs
As a result of some of the helpful comments from fellow warriors I began tracking the blood levels below in addition to my compulsive monthly focus on PSA. The oncologist has had me getting a comprehensive metabolic test every 2 weeks for the first 3 months on Zytiga to see how it affects the kidneys

Enzalutamide + Abiraterone Acetate in Bone CRPC
New study below [1]. Abiraterone [Zytiga, Abi] & Enzalutamide [Xtandi, Enza] both target the androgen receptor [AR] axis, with Abi limiting the supply of androgens & Enza restricting access to the AR itself. It might seem worthwhile to combine the two, but that would depend on how effective the drugs

After waiting 4.5 weeks to see a GP and going armed with an ammo of facts and figures all gleaned from previous posts, advice, suggested links and personal research I was bowled over to finally find

Fatty liver (I'm new here)
Hello All Hope you all are fine and well, as like good members, I also want to discuss about my health Last two weeks I did Ultrasound in which fatty liver becomes minimal to moderate, minimal is about one year ago. Normal TSH result. Where to go from here?
Been suffering with extreme tiredness and fatigue of late, along with various other hypothyroidism symptoms. Got bloods done at GP, only thyroid testing was TSH, and results were normal. But I still feel awful. Where do I go from here? Is it worth getting other thyroid tests when my TSH isn't even slightly

High b12 struggle goes on
Hi - thank you for all your helpful replies in the past. I have had a ct scan of liver which was normal & further liver blood tests following above range reading of alanine aminotransferase level & they have also come back within range, which is a great relief.
