I’ve now had my TPG result and it was 47 (<34) range . They also did my T3 which was 4.27 (3.1 - 6.8) range. T4 was 22.5 (11-23) range. My T4 has never been this high. They also re did my TSH which was only done 2 days earlier. This time it was 2.9, yet only 2 days earlier it was 4.4. GP said not

Results - advice please
Can I have some advice as to what I should do. Even though my energy levels seem ok, I have been feeling anxious, brain fog, suffering from palpitations and starting to feel low mood too. I wasn't going to get these bloods done until October but then decided I would - regardless of the cost - as I

Run out of t3
Could someone please message me with somewhere I can purchase tiromel quite quickly? I usually stock up when I go to Turkey, but have been unable to go. Stupidly, I didn't realise how low I had got. My gp is aware I outsource my supply.

Help with test results
Hi there I am trying to get a better understanding of some test results before I start taking any medication recommendations from my GP. I have had some tests done this year (in Feb and August) which have shown my TSH at 8.5 and then 13.5 . Both taken before 10am. I didn’t have. FT3 but my T4 was

BRCA genetic testing providers
I have signed up to take part in the NHS Jewish-BRCA screening programme https://nhsjewishbrcaprogramme.org.uk/ but I will not get the test or the results before the first round of my IVF starts next month. I only have 1 Jewish grandparent so my risks are low but not as low as non-Jewish person. My grandparent

Transitioning to Armour Thyroid
Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid at 21 and I've also got Hashimoto's. I recently changed from Levo/T3 to Armour, under the guidance of a lovely private endo, and I'm currently on three and a half grains per day, split into two doses. I wondered if anyone else has had side effects

Primary Thyroid Dysfunction Is Prevalent in Hidradenitis Suppurativa and Marked by a Signature of Hypothyroid Graves’ Disease
Over the years we have had several members report having Hidradenitis Suppurativa. Yet little has been known or understood about this disorder. Just now, I noticed this paper, and thought it worth mentioning previous posters. Not something I'd usually do but the number is modest, and I suspect that

Started candida diet and feel over medicated
Good morning First I attach my latest results: as you can see there were done in May. I see a private GP (through a menopause clinic). I take novo which she prescribes - T4 / T3 100. My question is: I have not felt "right" for a while. I know, from previous stool tests (a while back) that I have candida

Heart palpitations - could these results be why?
I’m recently having heart palpitations and wondered if my latest blood test results could be showing my thyroxine dose is not right. Can anyone help please? Many thanks.

Monitor my health laboratory results
Is someone able to explain why I feel unwell if my t3 is converting but t4 high. I did take the t4 two hours before as it was suggested I try this, but my t4 was also above range in March 24 following all the protocols on here for tests (both monitor my health tests). GP test in between these showed

I am on thyroxine and T3 medication for under active thyroid. A friend was recently prescribed low dose naltrexone to help with inflammation in the body as well as being on thyroid medication. Does anyone know if naltrexone is available to purchase without prescription in the UK as I would like to trial

Hello everyone,Does anyone have a post on calculating target ranges for each of the vitamins we care about (vit d, ferritin etc). I have scrolled through pinned posts and searched but couldn't find the info in one place. Happy Friday to all.

Advice for blood test results
Hi all, I would really appreciate some help with my latest blood test results. I have gradually reduced my meds over time, from 150/125 mcg Levothyroxine and 20 mcg liothyronine, to 75 mcg Levothyroxine and 10 mcg liothyronine. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s back in 2013, but my TPO has been within

Haematologist’s unsupportive B12 response
In a recent pathology test, my gastroenterologist was concerned with my low haemoglobin count and a high reticulocyte count. She mentioned that although I’m low in ferritin (40) I’m not yet needing an iron infusion just yet. My white cell count was seemingly low also and she suggested that I should get

Taking Omeprazole with Levo
I had a total thyroidectomy in 2016 after having a thyroid storm……I have been on various doses of Levo over the following years both up & down doses (at one point only 50mcg per day!)…. I am now taking 75mcg per day & mostly don’t feel too bad….although medical professionals are trying to lower dose

Experience with Covid and hypo/hashis
Hi all, I’ve been quite stable for a number of years now. I was on NDT and doing ok but not perfect, adding a small amount of Levo to my NDT at the end of 2019 made me feel really well, pulling my FT4 up in the range a bit made a big difference. At the beginning of May this year I thought I caught
