Newbie here. Is this too fast?
Hi All, I have been carrying around quite a lot of excess weight for quite a while now. I am technically classed as obese by BMI standards with BMI of around 31. I reckon I have around 25kg to lose. Just recently I turned 40 and with the new year starting, I decided to finally do something about it.

Just wont budge!
Ok, so June 2015 I was 21.5 stone and decided to fix it. 12 months later I was down to 13 stone, 8.5 gone. Yay me! Right? Since then I have stuck to my calorie restricted diet, I am still walking and exercising at home but I cant seem to shift these wobbly bits. I am now almost 14 stone which I think

As adrenals are supposed to love salt, has anybody tried sole water in an effort to heal tired adrenals. Paragraph from website savorylotus.com states....... Let’s begin by noting that I am not talking about table salt here, which is made up of only sodium and chloride. What I am talking about is combining

If at first you don't succeed...
Try Try and Try again. So it was my 6 week weigh in yesterday and I lost 2lbs. Not quite the result I was hoping for but I shouldn't be too disappointed as my first 2 weigh ins were 9lbs and 5lbs respectively, I suppose it is in the right direction. I did have a moment (night) of weakness and went out

Get the wine out the red wine!!
Aug. 19, 2012 — In a stride toward better health in later life, scientists have reported that resveratrol, the so-called "miracle molecule" found in red wine, might help improve mobility and prevent life-threatening falls among older people. The finding, believed to be the first of its kind, was presented
