Blood clots in calf
I’m on
Baricitinib
which I call my magic pill as it gave me back my quality of life after a miserable 2 years and I’ve had no side effects on it at all. So I would be very upset if it had to be changed because of this recent event.

Second hip replacement tomorrow
I’m off my
Baricitinib
and not doing too badly. I can go back on it in a couple of weeks when staples come out. Being off HRT is worse atm.🥵. Anyway wanted to thank you all for being there. At least having had right hip done 3 years ago I know what I’m letting myself in for.

I'm on
Baricitinib
and my husband has literally just started Imraldi. I'm grateful the Jak is working for me but feeling frustrated about restrictions and side effects.

itchy red, warm scalp. Also psoriatic or rheumatoid if you are sero-negative?
I started back on
Baricitinib
and over time settled - thankfully not needed steroids as I usually do. In the past one consultant told me I probably had psoriatic arthritis as my dad has psoriasis.

What treatment worked best for Seronegative Inflammatory Arthritis?
Anyone had success with
Baricitinib
after the initial side effects have calmed down, and do you also have SNIA, Fibromyalgia, OA and Raynaud's? I feel I want to give
Baricitinib
another go before trying another Anti-TNF... Any advice gratefully accepted :)

Tocilizumab and fuzzy head………
Been on Toc injections for a month now having switched from
Baricitinib
which stopped working after three years ( usual time frame for everything to give up on me) but not sure I like this new drug very much.

Off Baricitinib and knee replacement
I've been off
Baricitinib
for one week yesterday as I'm having a total knee replacement next Wednesday 13th (I had my left knee and hip replaced in 2018 before being diagnosed) and had to use walking sticks since.

Swapping Baricitinib for Tocilizumab
Been having a bad time with flare and fatigue following Covid and although on
Baricitinib
4 mgs and Pred 10 mgs daily I’ve not been good. I started a flare back in December and it seemed that in Feb after Covid the
Baricitinib
is much less effective, if it’s working at all.

Could Posterior Scleritis be linked to Baricitinib?
I started
Baricitinib
3 weeks prior to the onset of the problem so I have researched Dr Google and the UTI is likely to be linked to the medication but I don’t know about the Scleritis. The ophthalmologist said it’s definitely linked to my RA but I’m worried it’s also linked to the

Clicking tmj causing head pressure……?
Can’t take many painkillers as am already on Pred 10mgs to counteract flare after Covid, along with
Baricitinib
which it seems has lost its efficacy. Thanks lots, I’m sure there’s people on here who have had the same problems.

Big, massive flare - help!
Been having problems with fatigue since I had covid in February (posted about it then) but since then my RA has joined in, my
Baricitinib
has seemed to stop working (am to switch to Tocilizumab ) and I’m feeling so weak after the slightest exertion that I’m not sure if I’m going mad!

Baricitinib and being told I’m in remission but still in severe pain.
I started
Baricitinib
last year due to trying so many RA drugs that they weren’t helping much at all. Within 6months of using it, I’m apparently in remission but my joints still ache like before only difference is the swelling has gone down.

So long since I had a really bad flare but does anyone else feel off balance and lightheaded through exhaustion?
Rheumatology has upped my steroids from 7.5 mgs to 10 mgs per day and are planning on changing my
Baricitinib
to Tociluzimab next month. What I really want to know from all the seasoned old-timers on here is is that how you too feel with a bad flare?

Baricitinib and highCholesterol levels
Interestingly, my level has increased since being on
Baricitinib
since 2019 and I suspect I’m going to have to go onto statins to counteract the effects of the drug!

Unable to tolerate methotrexate
I’m now on
baricitinib
as a mono therapy. Had anyone else had any experience of being on just one medication and how has it been? Thanks 😊
