Allergy Testing
I was prescribed Pred, Fostair, Montelukast and
Avamys
and am on a waiting list for an injection. Now I just have a puff or two of ventalin when I get wheezy and I'm fine. The thing is after four years of NHS and BUPA care they did not test for this.

NEW MEMBER. ASTHMA AND A LOT OF DOUBTS
Using
Avamys
for this, but don't seem to do anything. A nasal band aid works better for me... My treatment was: Seretide 25/125 + ventolin on demand + singulair 4mg. Cetirizine in the case of alergic. I started seretide in 2011. But my problem is that usually I have a lot of mucus from my chest.

Avamys
Hi, does anyone else have
Avamys
nasal spray issues? My husband has so far found it by far the best for his hay fever and sinus issues, but was today told at the pharmacy that it cannot be got hold of due to manufacturing issues or something.

How to approach my problem [NEW HERE]
At first the Allergist gave me antibiotics for 3 weeks, which didn't help and then he gave me 2 sprays "
Avamys
" and "Rhinolast", those 2 sparys did help decrease the mucus, but not entirely.

Changing/alternating antihistamines
So I currently take Benadryl acrivastine antihistamines for my hay fever as I suffer really bad from it, as well as
Avamys
nasal spray and Clenil Modulite inhaler... I suffered horrendously last year and keen to avoid going the same way this year!

Winter rhinitis and non-allergic asthma?
I take fexofenadine 180mg and
Avamys
nasal spray for it and usually don't need it in the winter. However, this winter I found I still need both - I stopped in the autumn but got sniffly, then stopped again and restarted on the advice of the Asthma UK nurse who commented that I sounded a bit nasal.

Now a sinus infection, thought I'd seen the last of these..
Second visit to GP yesterday evening and now another week of Clarithromycin and keep using
Avamys
, I'm sinus rinsing everyday too. My ears apparently are clear it's the nasal blockage effecting them. I can't believe I've got this again, I had this all last Christmas too.

Confused and looking for advice please :)
My GP started me on Ventolin and beclomethasone, the coughing persisted so I was titrated up to Symbicort,
avamys
and cetirizine over a period of a few months.

ETD with tinnitus
I don’t believe it is that, I have been prescribed with
Avamys
. Googling my symptoms I’m hoping that the medication will help. So doing my research I believe I am suffering with ETD which stands for Eustachian tube dysfunction. I think this is the cause of my tinnitus!

Avamys
! I suspect the allergy tests weren't telling the whole story as my nose is reacting to something even if my lower airways aren't! Anyone else?

Reactive airway, not asthma?
Given
Avamys
for daily use but told not to use any regular therapy for any SOB unless e.g. chest infection, for which he gave script for prednisolone to keep at home. Also a script for Symbicort 200 but told this is not for regular use. So I'm really confused!
