I’m on avamys. For me it’s the best nasal spray because it’s a spray not a squirt!

It has helped my sinus issues, and has reduced the number of infections and hayfever issues, improving my post nasal drip issues and thus improving my asthma.

Hope that helps

My son was on it for rhinitis (which greatly aggravated his bad asthma) and it was very effective.

Working perfectly on me and Iv been on it for a couple of years. Need to give it a few week for it to kick in

I’ve been on Avamys for a few years because of my really bad hay fever, I find it’s been brilliant at helping with post nasal drip and sinus inflammation! I have recently been changed to Dymista though, which I am lead to believe is the same as Avamys just with an added antihistamine as I suffer from Eustachian tube dysfunction and when I saw a GP he felt I needed something stronger to help x
