sudden stop in PSA decline
I‘ve been doing IADT, and started relugolix in December 2022, with PSA 7.48, and each monthly PSA decline since then was significant and reassuring. Here’s the history: December 7.48 January 0.94 February 0.49 March 0.24 April 0.09 [i]

I have been designated a RA physio …. What !!! I hear you shout. Yes could have blown me down with a feather thought they were extinct. She was lovely and understood me completely. Appointment was an hour and a half . I’m having multiple problems but she asked what I would like to concentrate on first

11 months of vacatión and going strong, I think
Hello my fellow brothers. In 11 months of vacatión, my PSA has risen from point one to point seven. Still below one. My testosterone is still a little below normal, so I haven't felt the boost of returning to my youthful self, but I am feeling quite good and thankful. I am a former athlete (national

Need advice- MO recommending radiation. From the wording in the PSMA scan it sounds like a shot in the dark.
Husband on Erleada since Jan 2022. PSA started rising in Jan.,, again in March (almost doubling in 3 mo). PSMA scan stated “Two foci suspicious for tumor deposits located superior to the prostate at the level of the seminal vesicles at midline and inferiorly within the prostate apex (screen capture

UPDATE: on Not the News I wanted to Hear
Well I was given my third Pluvicto treatment today.... and when I brought up my rising PSA to two different PA's, I got the same answer... Don't be so concerned about your PSA rising a few points between doses. It is very likely that your PSA running around in your blood is rising.. but the Chemical

Xtandi vs. Biktarby advice needed.
After Zytiga-prednisone-lupron failed, mostly by overwhelming SE from the first two. I received my second Lupron injection last week even though there's a slight PSA increase from .83 to 1.10 (they did not do a testosterone test, wich was climbing again) Oncologist mentioned we could start Xtandi but

Stinging/burning near tip of penis when urinating. Also, small brown sediment in urine.
---This has happened for about a week. Because of rising PSA value, will see a new oncologist next week. Radiation therapy 14 years ago, PSA rising annually, now at 2.5. Also, there is hip and thigh pain, more so at night. And an odd, mild pain in the groin. And a burning lower back pain, only

After 12 years of surgery, EBRT, ADT1 and ADT2, chemo, SBRT, and completing 6 doses of Pluvicto my PSA is down to 0.10. Gleason Score 5+5
My gleason score is 5+5 =10. I watched Dr.Scholtz's talk who mentioned 5+5 case is rare and I happened to be one of them. My problems are like a full truck and wonder if that is the reason why my PSA remains above 7 after RP. Cancerous cell seems have spread to lymphnodes as i heard it prodcues PSA

We recently saw that ADT+Erleada (apalutamide) slows progression compared to ADT alone. https://www.prostatecancer.news/2022/09/short-term-androgen-annihilation-in-non.html Now we have proof that ADT+Xtandi (enzalutamide) slows the appearance of metastases and delays castration resistance in recurrent
