Could the schwannomas on my prostate be mistaken for cancer on various scans?
I have schwannomas on my Prostate gland, [Schwannomatosis NF3], could they be 'diagnosed' as "Prostate Cancer"
Adenocarcinoma
grade 7, I have had irregular urinary flow since the start of the schwannomas in early 2020?

Hi all I’ve not been here for nearly 3 months time has disappeared recently. Last time here was the night before my surgery.
Histology came back as Stage 1c2 mucinous
adenocarcinoma
. Was suspected ( as most mucinous are ) that it was a secondary tumour from GI origin ( stomach / bowel) I’ve had a Gastroscopy and 2 x Colonoscopy since and am now waiting on histology of a massive polyp removed .

Gemcitabine is commonly used to treat pancreatic ductal
adenocarcinoma
(PDAC), and we hypothesized that intra-tumor bacteria might contribute to drug resistance of these tumors.

PSA after 4-5 months on Lupron (Scholz)?
I don't trust PSA as a good indicator of my metastatic PCa in the bones, since an actual bone biopsy showed
adenocarcinoma
that was PSMA-Positve and PSA-Negative, but it's still an interesting thought journey.

Update liver & lymph biopsy
As there are no particular indications of why the
adenocarcinoma
did not respond to the chemo at all, we are left with no particular guidance as to the treatment to be followed next. Abiraterone was never prescribed yet and it is worth a try.

After a year of hormone therapy, radiation and chemo, my first PSMA scan revealed
adenocarcinoma
in my prostrate with seminal vesicle and perineural involvement. I have a PSA score of 0 and have had a history of low PSA scores that do not match the aggressive of the disease.

Biopsy confirms
adenocarcinoma
. Tomorrow we meet with MO and Arasec coordinators. We'll get treatment plans then. Tonight's question is about PSA numbers. Paul has never had a number above 45. In August his PSA started creeping up from .02 after a 2.5 years ADT vacation and remission.

Any guidance on having chemo as a ulcerative colitis sufferer?
Hi I have been offered adjuvant chemo following a lower left lobectomy to remove a 42 mm
