Lingual location of Sweet's syndrome: A case report, 2024.

- Sweet's syndrome associated with rheumatoid arthritis.

- Lesion on tongue. A pyogenic granuloma (see comments) with a neutrophilic vasculitis (inflammation of small blood vessels).

IMPORTANT! The presence of vasculitis was once used to eliminate a diagnosis of Sweet's syndrome. This is no longer the case. jomos.org/articles/mbcb/ful...
