This week I've completed level 4 of the NHS 5 week program (I've taken more than 4 weeks to get here), I've completed level 4 three times in the last week💪 I can do the warm ups, shoulder rolls, rowing and chest presses while I'm out on the 1st dog walk. This means I'm walking without using the walking stick, this is my eventual goal.🐕👣🚶♀️🚶♀️🚶♀️🐾🐾
I've done the wide squats, the wide pull ups, I've swapped the bench dips with "Triceps kickbacks" using resistance bands, thanks again CBDB 🙏

After the flexibility bit this morning I thought, why not attempt the "real" bench dips ? So, I did! I managed 3 mini ones on the sofa arm, but hey it's a start!At least I didn't end up with my butt on the floor Next week I'll repeat level 4, including +/- 3 bench dips before I even listen to level 5
