🙏 Thanks to Maddee_6333 , I experienced this lovely little, totally knee-friendly, arms-only workout which ticked all my boxes!

🏃🏻‍♀️As I had run my 5k this morning (2nd run, Werk 1 of Juju‘s Magic Plan), I needed something that would not use my legs at all! So my cunning plan of working my way through arms-only workouts on run-days yielded a lot of new options. From videos on FitOn focussing on the upper body to Pilates videos on YouTube.

💪And Rachel Whorton’s Arm Workout (lying on the floor) is a great one to experience how much workout one can do with only using your arms. Staying lying down throughout the workout, the movements seem to systematically exercise every single muscle in your arms, from biceps curls hands up, and then with hands facing each other drawing on different muscle sets, to walking arms both 90 degrees and 180 degrees. Also Flyes, skull crushers and crosses! (Yes, some exhilarating names)

And I like the fact that these are all done lying down, so not on a chair. After I spent the day in a chair all day for work, it’s the last thing I want to do for a workout.

🥵After the 10min, my arms feel like they have been out for a short run! So, a brilliant choice for strengthening arms and back!

Happy workout everyone!
