Week 2 S&F

I am really loving these podcasts however I do have a problem with the squats. I am following the instructions but when it says not to let your knees go over your toes I struggle as it means I am not squatting down very far, I only have size 2 feet so lose sight of these very quickly.

Other than that though it is going great :)

Good to hear that it’s going well. Not squatting too far down is ok to start with, as your balance and flexibility improves you’ll get lower despite the smaller feet.

Gentle dips are good to begin with, you'll get further as time goes on. Check you stretch your calves after running as this would stop you dipping so far.
