Yup that day again. Starting to enjoy them just ever so slightly. This one was the toughest yet. The last 3 sprints I was running on pure empty.

That was really enjoyable but my goodness I had to dig deep. Couple sprints weren't fast but I didn't shade away. I gave what I had
I think that’s the key to sprints. Leaving nothing in the tank so to speak. It’s amazing how quickly we can burn that endurance we have built... think my last was 10 200s and I felt like I’d run 10k by the end 😂
