Doing well!

Hi everybody, I am still continuing the walking and am still losing weight so much so that people have been remarking on how fit and well I am looking, my weight is now beginning to stabalize and I only have some loose fat around the waist and the stomach, I feel so much fitter now and am starting to enjoy life again, I think that I am almost ready to step up my training to include some light muscle strengthening and also to adjust my diet slightly to include more protein and less saturated fat, I will give you a further update on my progress later on in the year, I hope everybody is doing well, talk to you later.
