Hi i am just wondering where u all shop that is cheap. i am not keen on all aldi products and usually go to either asda/tesco/iceland.

For sports and exercise gear I'm personally fond of Decathlon, mainly because thier staff seem to be well trained in different sports areas.
I get my nuts and dried berries from Holland and Barrett, fruit and veg.from the market (much cheaper than the shops), meat and fish from Aldi their goats cheese, and they do cheap almond and soya milk too, half the price of Tescos.
