My mental health is definitely effected by my physical medical conditions. Such as with my knee pain because it hurts too much to walk far or claims stairs I feel like I miss out on a lot because of it and that makes my mental health go down hill

Thanks for sharing. I hate the way that pain takes away energy but I like the way exercise brings it back!
