do you consider how processed food is before purchasing it? science says if you want to lose weight you should!

There is a direct connection between how processed food is and how likely it is to be unhealthy. Food with added sugar, fat and flavor enhancers gives you a bigger appetite - just think of Doritos (yes I love them too)!

Try to stick with level 1 foods as often as possible. If you are worried about fresh fruit and vegetables spoiling, then the freezer is your best friend. Frozen fruit and vegetables are very close to fresh for vitamins and just the same for fiber.
