Stiff Knee

My left knee has been stiff for about a week. I can walk with no problems, but it's annoying. I been doing the heating pad. It helps somewhat. Any other ideas?

Thank You in advance!

You might try putting some EMU oil on the knee. Works for us at home for almost any pain. Another item, would be to get some DMSO(D-methyl-sulfoxide), a "cleaning solvent" but approved in Europe for years for external use on humans. Penetrates the skin and dives deep. Has a inflammation reducing quality they don't quite understand, but it works. Feel it within 10-20m. Can produce a skin irritation. FOr me it gets a bit prickly for about 30m than goes away. I often use it as a carrier to deliver something like EMU oil deeper into the body as that is one of it's properties.

From the net:

DMSO is used topically to decrease pain and speed the healing of wounds, burns, and muscle and skeletal injuries. DMSO is also used topically to treat painful conditions such as headache, inflammation, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and severe facial pain called tic douloureux.

Does it stink?

Mild garlicky odor which goes away after an hour or so. Sometimes you can taste garlic if you use a lot of it. My wife and i use it for knees, hips, ankles, etc.. Makes a big difference and inflammation goes down within 20-30m.

Decisions... To hurt or to have a little garlicky odor for a short while....
