Trying to find the motivation to get out of the house and exercise is hard work. I tell myself it's good for me blah blah blah but I don't feel it. Still waiting for the elusive happy endorphins to show up. All suggestions gratefully received before we get to the dark months of winter and it feels even harder to get out and about

Where do you live Poppy? Maybe you could go to a gym with friends or join a walking group? Try and make it a social event.
