MInnie67, this is always so difficult---if you can get in a pool and simply move that can be very helpful! Or get on a stationary bike? Key is to move, even if gentle :-)

I got a recumbent exercise bike and am now up to 30 minutes a day. I make myself use it daily. 6 mo ago when I first got it, I had seat as far back as it would go and could barely get my knee to make the revolution then got up to 5 minutes, now 30. It has helped my knee alot, takes awhile to feel improvement. I can do steps now. Still have some stiffness but nothing lile it was

Thankyou! And the improvement has been very motivating for me to continue. Just a year ago, getting out of my chair was so painful, now none. I cannot take nsaids due to my a fib, so I am elated that this is helping my joints and my heart💜
