In order to achieve our goal of good musculoskeletal (bone and joint) health care, we will be emphasizing two general points. One is to encourage and provide you with an ample amount of important health related information. The other will be to emphasize to you the importance of physical activity and provide you with information as to how to engage in the important movements that will be good for your muscle and joint health.
