Hi everyone, I'm happy to be in this community. I used to be very active athletically, but since having children, the weight has stuck around longer than expected. After 15 years of 'not enough' activity, I'm on it now. Just started working out with a personal trainer and the weight is beginning to come off. So happy that with a little will, a strong sense of 'it's time' and helpful information I'm able to make a healthy change. I'd like to stay be involved with this community to help motivate someone else and even gain a little support for myself along the way.

Hello, welcome, we are happy you joined. This group is just starting out and we have around 40 members so far so you are one of the early joiners. Looking forward to being on the journey with you! :-) It's great you are working with a personal trainer and please pass on things you learn to the group!
