Used to have this Got better as i got older I immersed finger in fairly hot water - test with normal finger in case it is too hot Holding both hands and wrists under hand dryer in public loo also helps, or hair dryer if at home.

Hope this is of some use! If no "hot" sourses available squeeze finger as hard as you can release quickly several times - even pop finger in mouth fot a bit!!!

Cheersx

If you use the hot water it will come back go to the doctor ask for nitro patches, it will get blood moving and it won't come back. By putting them hot water will make it worse over coarse of time.
