Whydoi get this little black lines on my nails ....what are they? Like a little black plack

Not sure what you mean by "little black plack" but I had something called Splinter Hemorrhages. They were the result of a pro-longed Raynauds attack on my worst finger, and caused me no particular problems, just looked a little strange.

This is a photo that I found, that looks very similar to mine :

I don't actually think they in themselves cause any/many issues, but they are an indication of the lack of blood flow etc. which is just Raynauds being Raynauds. Hope this helps, LD

thanks for replying my nails were like that but now much worse I have then every were also is it ok to take acetaminophen with this raynouds?

Rubi, the only person that can advise you on medication is your doctor/specialist. I have no idea about the medication you mention, and even if I did, I would not comment on its effectiveness - each of us react differently to different drugs.

Speak to your doctor if this is a concern to you.

I have got loads of noticeable ridges on my thumbnails mostly, run horizontal along the tip to the cuticles. Just looked at the link Lil-Dee posted on splinter Hemorrhages. And looked up ridged beading, Spose it's the same, but my nails don't look so dry.
