ginger into a hot drink will help circulation Anyone heard of this ? - or maybe tried? I'm keeping on gingo as feedback is positive but no harm to have a backup !!!

Ginger is "warming" so the idea behind a hot ginger drink is that it will quickly warm your body, including your hands and feet (hopefully!).

yes i have been told to take ginger to (you can get it in capsuals to), i really dilike the taste of it so dont, apart from ginger bread men but im told it doesnt count - there goes my excuse to eat loads of them lol. Joking aside yes ginger does help aparently.

I find that ginger eases my arthritic joint to a point. I make a honey,lemon and freshly grated ginger hot drink-adjust it to individual taste.if you google benefits of ginger the list is long.Tumeric is also supposed to help as well

i add ginger spice to most of my meals - i sprinkle it on steamed veggies (it is also good for digestion!)
