I started taking it a few months ago and it started helping my arthritis pain but not with my circulation. three people at my work started taking it and they have seen improvements in there different situations. one lady's mother is now able to stand for 1/2 an hour with out pain. I would recommend trying it I don't believe it has any negative side effects, well if it does I don't think it's as bad as some of these drug I've been prescribed in the past. good luck and hope you have good results like I have

Before I was diagnosed and I thought I had a bad case of arthritis/rheumatism I used to try it and it helped a bit with the pain, but not a lot because there was no way the pain would have gone. My pain was caused by Scleroderma/Polymyositis so needed medication.

I don't know about circulation but for the pain I used to put a spoonful of the powder in some milk and drink it. The only problem is that though it helps with the pain taking it this way makes you feel sick after a while. I got this remedy from a website dealing with arthritic pain.

Lots of people try different things which help them and I have found that there are many blogs where people talk about their experiences. I have found them to be invaluable.

It it just more evidence that the Internet is the most important development for a long time and is a godsend for those at home who find it difficult to get out.

I hope you find something soon that helps.
