HI, HAS ANYONE TRIED USING TIGER BALM FOR RAYNAUDS AND DOES IT HELP?

I have tried using it only once and found that, for me, it didn't help one bit. I've used tiger balm for many different things and had great results, but unfortunately it didn't seem to help with my Raynauds.around the house I wear silver gloves, which work with the iPhone. And I have another pair of finger-less that I wear underneath another set of gloves for when I go out.

Hi there - never used it for Raynauds BUT used it for blocked nose/ sinus etc for which I find it very benficial. Silk liners beneath regualr gloves do seem to help .... worth a try . Are you in the UK ? handwarmers can help - is it just your hands or do you suffer with your feet too? Take Care ok - & remember you are not alone . AliW
