Does anyone find vitamin E helps with Raynaud's? If so how much? I've tried nifedipine etc over the years

( I'm 71 - had raynauds from early teens) Prescribed meds only work for a time. Any suggestions welcome, I'm sure theres an answer somewhere!

Vitamin E never worked for me when I tried it for about 3 or 4 months. I also tried Evening Primrose & that was the same, it did nothing for my Raynaud's.

I've tried a long list of different meds & the last on the list was the one that suited me the best... Captorpil (12.5 mg 4 times a day) It doesn't stop the Raynaud's but it does lessen the severity.

Hope you manage to find something that works for you soon.
