Hope everyone is ok. I am new to this Community. I was diagnosed with Raynaud's in April. I,m managing ok, but it takes a bit of getting used to. I get episodes even when I,m carrying a shopping bag that's empty. I also have other ongoing health problems. Best wishes to all.

Hi Purpleandblack, my Raynauds is secondary to scleroderma although I’m not sure it makes much difference. There’s lots of experience here to answer queries if your concerned. I’ve been wearing gloves this year right up til about a week ago! I’m hoping it’s going to stay warm enough to be without them for a bit.
