I saw this valid study online, I would like to know if anyone has tried drinking beetroot juice daily for Raynaud's. If so, what were your results?

Wow! That’s a really interesting article. I do drink beetroot juice several times a week. I do still sometimes get white fingers when coming out of the shower, putting food in the freezer and when it’s very cold outside. I don’t often get the pain though. It would be interesting if they did further studies.

I had previously read about the benefits for athletes but did not know they were looking into it for helping with Raynaud’s. Thank you so much for sharing. 😊

I do a juice fast for 4 weeks now and again. The benefits are huge. Lowers blood pressure and cholesterol and dilates the blood vessels and boosts the immune system. At other times I make a juice daily. I don’t like taking too much medication and I find this really helps.

This is interesting. What kind of juice fast?

various fruits and vegetables. 3 or 4 juices a day instead of meals. Take a look at Fat Sick and nearly Nearly Dead on you tube ( Joe Cross ) and Jason Vale documentary

Hi Mike I came across this research in the summer and have taken 200ml am since October.First thing to say is that it is absolutely vile stuff and you never get used to the taste, which Is gag inducing.

I've noticed no change in BP or attack frequency.

However (as reported in the study) the attacks are subjectively less painful which for me is a big benefit and well worth £4 a week or so.

The actual paper in full is below
