So sorry to hear you are struggling with your hands. I have also really struggled this winter too.
Would it be worth getting your fingers checked by your GP incase the blisters are ulcers which can be caused when the blood supply can’t get to the end of your fingers during a Raynaud’s attack.
It could be that you have blisters for a completely different reason from touching something but it might be a good idea to let a doctor check them if you feel worried.
The only thing I’ve found that has helped me to is to try and prevent the Raynaud’s attacks in the first place by keeping my core warm with a heated gilet and my fingers warm with gloves and hand warmers.
I hope your hands feel better soon ❤️🩹
I feel your pain! My Raynauds is terrible, i cant even take the butter out of the fridge without my hands going. I would suggest you see if medication can help, there are a lot of things to try. I take nifidipine, but can only tollerate a low dose. I also had illoprost infusion this year, i wasnt able to tolerate a very high dose so i'm not sure how effective it was,but i do feel my hands are slightly better. The best thing i have found for keeping hands warm when out and about is called 'hot rox' (which my rheumatologist suggested). They are rechargable and you can just turn them on when you need them. Hope this helps
Hi,I think if were putting washing out in winter, I'd be wearing multiple warm layers plus wolly hat and gloves. A hot drink before venturing outside helps me too.
