I believe I may have this, since September 2022 I have had several (5) occurrences of bruising of fingers where blood supply to the tip is compromised, obviously it gets worse with a Raynauds flare up and the digit effected takes longer to warm up, and often remains numb.
I am waiting for a GP to answer my request for advice on this
Are there any other people similarly effected?

if you have scleroderma then please contact your rheumatologist or secretary.
I take Sildenafil 3 times a day and have flolan twice a year by infusion after blood flow to my finger was compromised for a few days. Get an o2 monitor from any pharmacy. They are not expensive and will let you know your o2 in each digit.
There are serious consequences of poor blood flow so please act fast x
