how do you get into child-safe medicine bottles (as an adult with SSc)?

my hand is throbbing, and I wondered if anyone had found a foolproof method?

I've tried with a towel - I managed yesterday, after trying for ages, I guess things are different in a morning.

maybe go onto disability/occupational health sites selling devices which are designed to help open jars and lids? I have same issues - most with a treatment I get direct from rheumatology off licence - has a thick plastic seal around a small plastic tube - have to ask visitors or husband to open but now use a metal nail file like a plastic psperknife to unseal. Issues with childproof you could perhaps ask pharmacist to address by explaining the problem so they decant into different containers for you?

If you don't have children in the house, You can ask at the chemist for either blister packs or non childproof bottles.
