For the skin itching I use Doublebase gel which I get from the doctor on prescription. I haven't had the numbness.

I have seen my GP and also had over 12 months of seeing various consultants. i was even diagnosed at one point with some kind of fungus infection in my face that apparently showed up as a result of a CT scan and then treated with steroids that were spayed up my nose on a daily bases. Anyway they made no difference to my condition and the treatment was stopped and the condition put down to my Scleraderma.

I don't have itching, some numbness, but what I do have is I can't stand to have fabric against my skin. About half of my time is spent trying to avoid going out so I don't have to get dressed. Anybody with that problem? I did talk about it with the Doc but nothing was done so I do what I can as usual.
