Flat finger nails

I noticed that 6 of my finger nails are getting flatter is this related to raynauds

The nail beds are flatter than the four which are more raised and curved

Hi mine are more curved and Bending into the top of my finger. Not sure about flatter. X

I have a couple if finger nails that are doing the same as yours. I also have one big toe nail that seems to have died. It doesn't grow, I haven't needed to cut it for over a year. It's a nasty grisly old thing - ugh! I assume it's because of bad circulation in my feet. Bent finger nails - I find it's better to keep them short. This is such a weird disease - never know what's going to happen next. Just keep smiling I reckon 😀

Mine, like for the other person commenting below, are curving upwards at the tip. Even one or two now on my toes. Yes, keep them short is a good advice.
